Make a Donation - Discount

Provide community organisations with a discount or special offer to shop with your business. In addition to bringing in additional sales, this allows you to support organisations doing good work in the wider community.

Ensure you fill out all fields marked with an asterix. For more information on how to offer a discount click here. If you have multiple branches in the one region, please include the branch names after your business name. If you have multiple branches in different regions, please submit this form for each different region you operate in. This ensures Recipients can find businesses local to them to shop at. 

Business details

Please enter your business's usual trading name.

A brief description of what your business does/sells and your coverage area (i.e nationwide, Auckland wide". Please do not include your contact or location details as these are covered later on in this form.

Providing the suburb allows recipients to search for donations local to them.

Discount details (viewable to all)

i.e. 25% off…help

Please briefly summarise in 10 words or less the discount community organisations can receive at your business, eg. 15% off all purchases.

i.e. Must spend $50 or more

Use this field to elaborate on any specific exclusions to the offer, eg. Must be purchases over $20, not able to be used during December.

Please choose the most relevant category for your donation.

If in doubt choose "Miscellaneous"

This will be the code the customer will use to claim the discount.

Please ensure all members of your staff are aware of this available discount to avoid confusion.

Listing Recurrence & expiry


Your listing will occur once and run indefinitely by default.

This means that your listing will never expire, it will run until it is accepted by a Recipient, or until you remove it.
This is the most common preference for listings on DonateNZ.

Want to change these details?

Click on advanced options to change the number and duration of your listing.

Advanced Options

These options allow you to relist your offer and set a specific expiry date.

For example, if you choose to list your donation more than once, a new identical listing will be created each time one is accepted. This will continue until the number you set is reached, or until the expiry date is reached.

You may also use these options to set a specific expiry date. This will apply regardless of whether you choose to list your offer more than once.
